We're hiring outgoing, energetic sales professionals who want to earn strong income while building a long-term career in a stable, essential industry. Join Blume Mechanical Service , a family-owned commercial HVAC company specializing in innovative, cost-effective building system solutions. Position Overview This is a commission-focused outside sales role centered on selling commercial HVAC preventative maintenance agreements and service contracts to property managers and building decision-makers. No HVAC technical experience is required—we provide full training on services. Your success comes from your ability to build relationships and close deals . Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a portfolio of property managers and commercial clients across Tampa Bay Leverage existing relationships and professional network ("book of business") to generate opportunities Focus on converting a core group of approximately 40 strong property management relationships Generate and schedule qualified, sales-ready appointments Present and sell preventative maintenance agreements and HVAC service offerings Prepare and send proposals, follow up, and close deals Maintain accurate pipeline activity using CRM tools such as HubSpot and Pipedrive This is a performance-driven sales role where results directly impact earnings. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting Proven ability to build trust and close new business , or an existing client network ("book of business") Strong communication skills on the phone, in writing, and in person Based in the Tampa Bay Area and able to meet clients locally when needed Professional appearance and relationship-driven mindset Comfortable in a high-commission, performance-based environment Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Outlook, Excel, Gmail, or Pipedrive Digital outreach or lead generation experience is a plus HVAC experience is not required —we value sales ability over technical background. Compensation & Benefits Base + high commission earning structure (performance-based) Compensation may vary based on experience and existing client relationships Top-performing sales professionals in this industry commonly earn $70,000
