Job Summary Outside Sales Representative - Architectural Millwork & Wood Building Materials Position Summary Jackel Enterprises is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow sales throughout our Northern and Central California territory. This role is responsible for developing new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers including general contractors, custom home builders, cabinet shops, architects, designers, and commercial millwork companies. The successful candidate is a self-starter who enjoys spending the majority of their time meeting customers in the field, identifying project opportunities, and providing solutions through exceptional service and product knowledge. About Jackel Enterprises Jackel Enterprises is a leading supplier of premium hardwood lumber, architectural mouldings, millwork, specialty wood products, custom box beams, wall and ceiling paneling, and related building materials. We serve professional contractors, architects, designers, woodworkers, and builders who demand quality products and outstanding customer service. Primary Responsibilities Develop new contractor, builder, architect, and woodworking accounts. Manage and grow an assigned sales territory. Maintain regular face-to-face customer visits. Generate project leads and specifications with architects and designers. Quote projects and follow opportunities from bid through completion. Promote Jackel's custom millwork capabilities. Present new products and merchandising opportunities. Coordinate with inside sales and operations to ensure exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate customer activity within the company's CRM. Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross profit objectives. Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and responsiveness. Work closely with management to identify strategic growth opportunities. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years outside sales experience. Proven record of business development and account growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
