In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services. Duties Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Analyze customer requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share in B2B environments. Experience Proven experience in construction sales or inside sales. Strong customer service skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and direct sales techniques.
