Roofing is rapidly expanding and we're looking for a driven, people-first Sales Team Lead to help build and lead our winning sales team. You'll learn under award-winning leadership (Golden Door Winner), with the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed - and grow into senior leadership fast. We're looking for someone who can sell, lead from the front, and help other people win.

Who We're Looking For:

Sales experience required Outgoing personality and strong people skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others Coachable with a hunger to grow Willingness to recruit and develop new sales reps Willingness to knock doors, talk to homeowners, and lead from the front Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable climbing roofs (we train you on safety)
