Position Summary As a Fundraising Sales Representative, you'll be a frontline ambassador for community causes. You will engage with potential donors to promote nonprofit campaigns, drive fundraising efforts, and build long-lasting relationships that amplify mission-based impact. This role blends sales, marketing, fundraising, and community outreach — perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced, people-focused environments and is passionate about helping our nonprofit partners expand their reach and revenue. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage potential donors within the community to generate revenue for our nonprofit clients. Present our nonprofit partners' cause and initiatives with clarity and enthusiasm. Drive commitments and donations through direct in person outreach. Meet and exceed fundraising revenue goals. Communicate our nonprofit partners' mission, goals, and value to diverse audiences. Serve as a positive representative of the nonprofit in all interactions. Maintain accurate records of outreach, donor commitments, and follow-ups. Report progress, insights, and campaign feedback to leadership. Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies. Who You Are People-oriented Self-motivated & accountable Excellent communicator Mission-driven Qualifications Previous experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or community outreach preferred but not required. . Comfortable with talking to individuals one-on-one and presenting to groups. Goal-oriented and results driven. Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
