Thrives in a sales-driven, performance-based environment Is confident recommending and selling services Wants to maximize income based on performance Can handle a high-volume workload without losing attention to detail Takes ownership of results and customer experience ️ Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments and control daily workflow Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs) Present and sell recommended services and repairs Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively Ensure all work is properly documented and completed Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills Requirements ✅ What We're Looking For Proven ability or desire to sell in a service environment Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously High level of organization and attention to detail Confidence working in a commission/performance-based role Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Strong problem-solving ability under pressure Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software Valid driver's license with clean driving record Automotive, RV, or Service Advisor experience is a plus—but we will train the right motivated, sales-driven candidate .
