Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Bilingual in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Spanish is a Plus but not a requirement Previous sales experience is required; insurance sales experience is a plus. Strong desire to develop a long-term career in insurance. Ability to confidently communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Excellent listening, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and regulations. Must be able to complete the Property and Casualty insurance licensing process and pass the required Washington state licensing exam before starting employment. Must meet applicable licensing and background requirements. Responsibilities Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients. Meet individual and team sales goals. Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes. Provide a professional, responsive, and customer-focused experience. Continue developing product knowledge, sales skills, and insurance expertise.
