This job posting is for our US office (Maple Lane Logistics (USA) Inc. located in the Bellevue/Redmond area. What we're looking for… Maple Lane Logistics is seeking candidates with experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales who are eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, solid data analysis capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Develop new customers through cold calling and emailing Prepare and deliver competitive quotations as well respond promptly to customer inquiries for rates, schedules, and services. Develop and maintain relationships through lead qualification and account research Liaise with overseas agents and clients regularly to stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to provide feedback to leadership. Build and update rate tables, tariffs, and pricing tools in alignment with company margin expectations Work closely with operations team to hand over confirmed bookings and resolve service issues with coordinating with operations, carriers, and leadership team. Analyze trends and identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer details in company systems. Generate reports on quotations, sales pipeline, and customer activity. Qualifications Strong coachability and willingness to learn Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and rate structure Excellent organizational and cross-collaboration skills. Strong negotiation and customer service skills working with B2B or B2C. Ability to multi-task effectively. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Reading and writing proficiency in a Chinese to communicate with overseas partner (highly preferred) Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of logistics software (preferred) No OPT or SPT sponsor. Education & Experience 2+ years' experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, and/or sales. Experience in data analysis and/or inside sales (preferred) Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
