Dignity Memorial® is seeking a Campaign Manager focused on driving sales performance across the entire lead-to-sale journey. This role partners closely with sales leadership and sales teams to ensure leads are effectively managed, opportunities continue moving through the funnel, and campaigns translate into appointments, sales, and profitable revenue growth. The Campaign Manager will analyze sales activity, identify gaps in the funnel, develop strategies to improve conversion, and provide sales leaders with actionable insights to strengthen performance. This individual will also develop and execute targeted campaigns designed to generate qualified opportunities and support market growth. What You'll DoSales Funnel & Performance Management Lead the end-to-end management and optimization of the sales funnel from initial lead engagement through close. Monitor lead activity, appointment-setting, conversion rates, sales results, and other key performance indicators. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with sales leadership to develop action plans that improve lead engagement, appointment rates, and lead-to-sale conversion. Identify funnel leakage and recommend specific actions to move opportunities forward. Forecast sales performance and provide actionable insights to market and sales leadership. Monitor lead aging, follow-up activity, and opportunity progression to ensure leads are being worked effectively. Oversee lead distribution and reassignment to maximize sales counselor productivity and ensure timely customer follow-up. Promote consistent sales funnel processes and best practices across markets. Support sales leaders in identifying performance opportunities at the market, location, team, and individual level. Sales Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop targeted campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, increase sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Evaluate market demographics, sales performance, lead sources, and business opportunities to determine campaign strategy. Develop campaign plans that include target audience, sales objectives, expected lead volume, appointment and conversion goals, budget, timeline, and KPIs. Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns support market sales goals and business priorities. Present campaign strategies and expected sales outcomes to local and market leadership. Coordinate campaign execution with sales teams, internal partners, and external vendors. Prepare sales teams for campaign launches by communicating lead expectations, follow-up strategies, KPIs, and performance goals. Ensure campaign-generated leads are distributed quickly and appropriately for sales follow-up. Sales Analytics & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales funnel performance. Track key metrics including lead activity, contact rates, appointment set rates, appointment completion, lead-to-sale conversion, sales production, and campaign results. Analyze performance by lead source, campaign, market, location, and sales team to identify opportunities for improvement. Translate sales data into clear recommendations and action plans for leadership. Measure campaign effectiveness based on sales outcomes and return on investment. Develop and maintain a Campaign Playbook documenting successful strategies, sales processes, KPIs, best practices, and lessons learned. Partner with sales leadership to continuously improve lead management, sales execution, and conversion performance. Observe sales activity and campaign execution to identify coaching, process, or performance opportunities. What You BringEducation Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Funeral Services, or a related field preferred. Experience Six (6) or more years of progressive experience in sales, sales operations, business development, marketing, or campaign management . Experience working in a sales-driven environment with responsibility for achieving measurable performance or revenue goals. At least two (2) years of experience supporting sales campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, sales operations, or funnel management. Demonstrated experience using KPIs and sales data to identify performance opportunities and improve results. Experience with CRM systems, lead management, sales reporting, and pipeline or funnel analysis strongly preferred. Experience with direct mail, seminars, community outreach, affinity relationships, referral programs, lead-generation campaigns, or similar sales initiatives is a plus. Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation through close. Ability to analyze sales data and turn insights into specific actions that improve performance. Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, conversion metrics, and performance KPIs. Proficiency with CRM platforms, dashboards, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate performance results clearly to sales professionals and senior leadership. Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple markets, priorities, campaigns, and deadlines. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Why Join Us?
