Sales Representative:

• + Contact and engage warm leads to promote garage flooring, cabinets, and residential storage solutions + Conduct consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services + Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process + Prepare and present product recommendations, pricing, and proposals + Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and maintain strong client relationships + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems + Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and company promotions + Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets •Available shifts:•Shift timings - All Available •Job requirements:•+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or a related industry + Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills + Comfortable working with warm leads and converting opportunities into sales + Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM systems, sales software, tablets, and other business tools + Ability to assess customer needs and provide customized solutions + Background check and Drug test required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
