Enrollment Associate

F3 Innovations Inc is hiring a motivated Enrollment Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you'll connect with people throughout the local community, introduce them to affordable wireless programs, and help them get connected through simple, in-person sales conversations. Full training is provided so every Enrollment Associate can build confidence in their sales skills, learn the enrollment process, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Core Functions of the Enrollment Associate Represent wireless programs through in-person sales interactions Speak with community members and generate new sales opportunities Explain wireless plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements during sales conversations Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete new sales enrollments Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and completed sales Work independently while contributing to Enrollment Associates sales goals and daily sales targets Provide a positive experience that turns interest into successful sales enrollments Education & Experience Needed for the Enrollment Associate Strong interest in sales, customer service, or community outreach Comfortable speaking with new people and leading sales discussions Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals Previous sales, retail, outreach, or customer-facing experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to explain services during sales interactions Preferred Skills for the Enrollment Associate Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to work independently while supporting team sales performance Organized approach to managing leads and tracking sales activity Confidence building relationships during community sales outreach Positive attitude and motivation to grow within a sales-driven environment If you're looking to start or grow your career in sales, apply today to join our team as an Enrollment Associate and help connect your community through meaningful sales work.
