Salon Assistant/ Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Salon Assistant/Receptionist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our salon, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures to foster a friendly atmosphere Manage phone calls , answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette Maintain appointment calendars, confirm bookings, and coordinate schedules for stylists and clients Handle front desk responsibilities including filing, data entry, and managing client records with accuracy Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of reception area Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels Assist with serving simple beverages to customers Support daily salon operations and help ensure smooth workflow throughout the day Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and calmly Follow daily task checklists and complete assigned responsibilities during your shift Help maintain the overall luxury experience and atmosphere of the salon Requirements Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, spa, salon, or receptionist roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure Weekend availability is a plus Spanish fluency is a plus too What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity to grow within a growing business Training provided for salon systems and operations A modern, professional, and premium salon environment Supportive team culture and opportunities for development If you enjoy working with people, love beauty and self-care, and want to be part of a positive and professional team, we'd love to hear from you!
