  • The College of Agriculture at Auburn University located in Auburn, Alabama, http://www.
ag.auburn.edu , is seeking candidates for the position Post-Doctoral Fellow in various disciplines of agricultural sciences. From time to time, it is necessary to employ Post-Doc Fellows to execute the work associated with various contracts and grants. We are seeking applications from individuals with a PhD in one of the following areas at the time employment begins: Agricultural Economics; Animal Sciences; Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences; Biosystems/Agricultural Engineering; Entomology; Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences; Food Science; Horticulture; Plant Pathology; Poultry Science; and Rural Sociology or related fields. Positions are available for a minimum period of one year for a 12-month appointment, subject to annual renewal based on funding, need and satisfactory performance for a maximum period of four years. Post-Doctoral Fellows are non-tenure track positions.

  • We are seeking applications from individuals with a PhD in one of the following areas at the time employment begins: Agricultural Economics; Animal Sciences; Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences; Biosystems/Agricultural Engineering; Entomology; Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences; Food Science; Horticulture; Plant Pathology; Poultry Science; and Rural Sociology or related fields.
  • Qualifications
  • A PhD in one of the areas of expertise listed above at the time employment begins. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate selected for the positions must meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States at the time appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the proposed term of employment.
