Job Description As a Security Officer Morning Patrol in Walnut, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with professionalism and integrity while working as part of a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations by observing surroundings and following post orders. Support daily operations at a logistics-related location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with visitor and delivery traffic, and communicating clearly with site personnel regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
