Senior Pastor

LifeWay Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our church into its next season of ministry and growth. Our current Senior Pastor will retire this summer after 11 years of faithful, dedicated ministry. We are a community-focused, debt-free church committed to faithfully proclaiming the Gospel and making disciples in Santa Paula and the surrounding communities of Southern California. Our church family consists of both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking congregations. We currently have a part-time assistant pastor who faithfully leads our Spanish congregation. As an independent Baptist church, we partner with the Southern Baptist Convention and align doctrinally with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. LifeWay Baptist Church values strong biblical teaching, authentic relationships, prayer, servant leadership, and meaningful engagement within our local community. We desire a pastor who will lovingly lead our congregation while helping us expand our ministry impact.
