We move a wide variety of consumer products through a fast-paced warehouse environment, with inventory changing frequently. Our business requires strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through. We ship to retail customers domestically and also support export/container shipments. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, order fulfillment, quality control, and team workflow. This is a hands-on leadership role. The right candidate will have direct warehouse management experience in a wholesale, distribution, closeout, liquidation, or high-volume fulfillment environment. The main focus of this role is to improve warehouse organization, increase inventory accuracy, reduce shortages, improve shipping accuracy, and ensure customer orders are completed correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, labeling, inventory control, and order fulfillment Manage warehouse staff, assign daily workflow, and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently Verify incoming inventory, including quantities, case packs, product condition, item details, and receiving accuracy Maintain organized bin locations, scanning processes, and inventory tracking procedures Improve shipping accuracy and help reduce shortages, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment errors Coordinate domestic shipments to retail customers and assist with export/container shipments as needed Support carrier coordination, freight logistics, routing, and shipping documentation Use Warehouse Management Systems, RF scanners, barcode systems, and inventory tools to support accuracy Monitor warehouse productivity, order accuracy, shipping performance, and overall operational efficiency Train, supervise, and support warehouse team members with a focus on accuracy, safety, accountability, and efficiency Identify process improvements and help create stronger warehouse procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Required Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of warehouse management experience Direct experience in wholesale, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or similar warehouse operations Strong experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment Experience managing warehouse staff and daily warehouse workflow Experience using a Warehouse Management System Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, bin locations, scanning, and fulfillment processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in Vernon, CA Preferred Qualifications Experience in closeout, liquidation, wholesale, or consumer product distribution Experience shipping to retail customers or large customer accounts Experience with EDI, purchase orders, ASN documentation, or retail compliance requirements Experience with export shipments or full container load shipments NetSuite experience RF-SMART or RF scanning experience Experience improving inventory accuracy, reducing shortages, or improving warehouse efficiency Spanish bilingual skills preferred Schedule Full-time Day shift Typical schedule may be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs Benefits Health insurance Opportunity to lead warehouse operations in a growing wholesale business Equal Employment Opportunity Great Buy Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law.
