Job Description
Job Summary The Inventory Coordinator accounts for all incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and supplies and is responsible for ensuring adequate inventory and tracking of all parts and supplies. This includes repairing, shipping, receiving, and ordering, as well as storage, inventory tracking, and organization of all slot related products and parts. Job Description
- Schedules all shipment and delivery appointments with companies.
- Ensures that all orders are shipped daily in a timely manner.
- Checks purchase orders against shipping invoices.
- Track shipments and orders.
- Collaborates with the Purchasing Department on any outstanding shipment issues.
- Maintains inventory and other stock records using our current systems.
- Reviews inventory levels and initiate replenishment procedures.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks.
- Maintain inventory of all slot parts removed from Gaming Devices and returned to stock.
- Prepare games for shipment by removing all locks and communication system hardware. Ensure games are safely and securely stored at all times.
- Organizes and maintains the storage of inventory items in a safe and secure manner. Labels and enters new items database tracking system and tracks daily activity.
- Attends all scheduled team member meetings and trainings.
- Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players' club program.
- Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Does not provide supervision to others.
- High school diploma or General education degree (GED).
- Successful completion of training instruction in the repair and maintenance of electronic slot machines.
- 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires an understanding of inventory control and record keeping procedures.
- Basic knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members.
- Basic mathematical skills, such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
