We're looking for full and part-time Independent Skills Facilitator for our South San Francisco SLS program. Live-In option is available. Assist clients in recognizing and identifying training and support needs Participate in futures planning and other client related meetings Collect and summarize data on client progress toward goals Train/teach skills identified on INSP Serve as advocate for clients with public and other agencies Carry cell phone for client emergenciesMINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED or equivalent Must have valid California driver's license Effective written and verbal communicationINTERESTED?
