Employer Our Mission:
In partnership with our community, South San Francisco Unified School District (SSFUSD) will provide exceptional instruction, engaging experiences, and equitable and accessible opportunities and resources to further support our diverse student body so that students are equipped to learn, thrive, navigate their future with purpose, and impact their community. The SSFUSD community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco. Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, promote and coordinate the delivery of services to the identified students and parents through involvement in various school programs and other activities; perform liaison duties between schools and parents; refer families to local agencies or school services as appropriate; locate and identify students and families in accordance with the established guidelines; prepare and maintain related files, records, and reports. Conduct 6 home visits per family as stated in project contract; attend all monthly parent education meetings as scheduled. View Job Description Requirements /Qualifications Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year of experience working in an instructional or community service program or related field.Licenses and Other Requirements:
Valid California driver's license and proof of current California auto liability insurance at time of appointment, and throughout employment in this classification. Personal automobile for job-related travel. Incumbents in this classification are required to speak, read and write in a designated second language.Application Screening and Recruitment Process:
