Job Description

Career Developer (Full-Time) Join the NEO Team! New Employment Options, LLC (NEO) is a Community Rehabilitation Provider dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful employment, greater independence, and an improved quality of life. If you're passionate about making a difference and building relationships in the community, we'd love to hear from you. Position Summary As a Career Developer, you will partner with local employers to create employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. You'll provide personalized career planning, job development, and workplace support to help clients achieve long-term employment success. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with local employers. Assist clients with resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, and job search. Provide job coaching and workplace support. Collaborate with team members to implement individualized employment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and case notes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, human services, education, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). Requirements Full-time (40+ hours/week) with some scheduling flexibility. Valid driver's license and reliable, insured personal vehicle. Ability to travel throughout the Manchester, Concord, and Nashua service area. Successful completion of TB testing, criminal, and DOT background checks.
