We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Companion to join our team at Upscale Home Care. As a Senior Companion, you will play a vital role in empowering veterans and seniors to thrive in the comfort of their own homes, in the San Tan Valley area. Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to veterans and seniors in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, and other tasks as needed Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment Maintain accurate records of client interactions, medication administration, and other relevant information Collaborate with our clinical team to identify and address client needs, ensuring seamless care coordination Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and compassion when interacting with clients, families, and colleagues Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

High School Diploma required 1 year of experience in a healthcare or social services setting Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
