Pay:

$20.75 per hour plus OT after the 9th hour, so $280.13 for 12 hours worked. Overview San Diego Home Caregivers is seeking compassionate and attentive caregivers to join our team of professionals who want to make a difference in people's lives. We have an ambulatory female client who lives in Del Mar and needs overnight caregivers. The shifts will be from 8:00 P.M to 8:00 A.M., 7 nights a week. She will require safety supervision, help with night routine, companionship, and assistance to the restroom if needed.

Qualifications:

Caregiving experience (minimum 6 months). Registration with the Home Care Services Bureau is required. We can send you information on how to register. A current Tuberculosis test is required. You must also have a current California driver's license, car insurance, a clean driving record, and a reliable means of transportation. Our clients will need assistance with appointments and running errands. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals. Perform patient observation to monitor health conditions and report any changes. Support clients with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Uphold resident rights by treating clients with dignity and respect. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their well-being. Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a safe living environment. Provide direct support in medication management as directed by healthcare professionals. Assist with driving and running errands.
