Job Description
Overview Join Home Matters Caregiving , a trusted in-home care agency serving the Greater Boston West area. We provide everything from companionship to end-of-life hospice care, and we're committed to supporting our caregivers with the training, resources, and professional growth they need to succeed. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Medication reminders and documentation Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities. Assist with dementia care, providing specialized support for individuals with cognitive impairments. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members regarding client needs and progress. Requirements 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly Ability to pass a background check A heart for compassionate, high-quality in-home care Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Experience or training in dementia care is highly desirable. A valid driver's license may be required depending on client needs. Why Work With Us?
