Job Description
OVERVIEW OF THE LODGES COMPANY

The Lodges operates 12 residential care homes that offer 24 hour assisted living services. Each home accommodates 5- 14 residents comfortably.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Resident Satisfaction- Provide respectful, compassionate, and dignified care; respond promptly to resident needs; encourage independence and engagement. (Resident Above All Else) Service Delivery
- Follow care plans and service agreements, assist with personal care, administer medications as delegated, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. (Residents Above All Else). Household Tasks
- Support residents with housekeeping, laundry, room order, and meal preparation/cleanup to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. (Dedicated) Daily Documentation
- Accurately chart care, medication administration, service delivery, and resident condition changes in accordance with policies and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to pass a criminal and/or abuse background check, and drug screening The following qualifications are preferred but not required- applicants with equivalent experience or skills are encouraged to apply: Previous caregiving experience with older adults or individuals with physical/mental health needs CNA/NAR, HHA or TMA Certificate ServSafe Food Handler Certification
