  • Part-time, Full-time Bens Mowing and Lawn Care is looking for a dedicated lawn care specialist to join or family team.
The responsibilities include maintaining the yards of residential and commercial properties. We are a company that likes to reward good workers and have bonus incentives monthly. There are also end of year bonuses. We try to find the best trustworthy and responsible teams that can work hard together and independently. To be successful as a lawn care employee, you should be creative and be able to work well in a team or on your own. Making yards and customers happy with clean cut yards and attention to detail is essential. Showing up everyday and on time is the kind of employee we are looking for.
Lawn Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs. Maintaining gardens and flower beds. Mowing grass which includes precision trimming and cleanup. Trimming hedges and different bushes Performing routine checkups on clients' yards. Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas. Mulching and edging beds Aeration and seeding
Lawn Care Specialist Requirements:
Number one is being timely and showing up on time everyday. Transportation. Experience in lawn care and maintenance is preferred Familiarity with commercial lawn care equipment and tools. Attention to individual and team safety. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Drivers license Able to drive with trailer
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
From $23.00 per hour to $28.00 depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 hour days. Weather can change this Some Saturdays required if weather is not cooperative.
