3rd Shift Direct Care Staff -

Weekday Location:

Mountain Rest, SC, 29664 We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Direct Care Staff . In this role, you will provide essential overnight supervision and support to our students, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a positive and structured environment. This is a vital role in maintaining the continuity of care and the overall stability of our program.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 10:30 pm to 8:30 am

Pay:

$15.25 - $17.54

Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision of students during overnight hours, ensuring their safety and security. Conduct regular rounds and document student activity and any significant events. Assist students with their morning routines as needed. Maintain a clean and orderly environment. Implement and adhere to program policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with other staff members regarding student needs and observations. Respond appropriately to any emergencies or behavioral situations. Contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere for students. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Love working with children High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with youth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pass a background check
