Case Manager

Costen Ruiz Law is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Case Manager to join our growing criminal defense team. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, maintain strong communication with clients, and assist attorneys with day-to-day case management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain constant communication with clients regarding case updates Manage attorney calendars, court dates, and follow-ups Keep detailed and accurate notes in

CRM/CLIO

Request and organize discovery and case documents Coordinate court appearances and client appointments Follow up with courts, clients, and outside agencies Ensure all files and communications are properly documented Assist attorneys and staff with administrative/legal support tasks

Qualifications:

Prior law firm or legal experience preferred Criminal defense experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work under pressure Experience with CLIO or legal CRMs preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
