About the Role Tijerina Legal Group is seeking a driven, organized, and client-focused Legal Case Manager to guide personal injury clients through every stage of their case. This role is critical in ensuring clients receive excellent service, cases move efficiently, and attorneys are fully supported. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients—helping them navigate the legal and medical process after an injury, while maintaining accurate case records and ensuring deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support Guide clients through medical treatment and case requirements Maintain detailed case notes, documentation, and checklists Track deadlines, appointments, and required filings Organize and manage case files Communicate with attorneys, medical providers, and internal staff Prepare basic legal documents and assist attorneys as needed Ensure compliance with firm processes, timelines, and legal procedures Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree or related experience Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer systems Strong typing skills Fluent Spanish speaker Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong follow-up and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and handle demanding client situations Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think independently Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and valid auto insurance No criminal record Preferred Qualifications 6 months - 1 year experience in a personal injury law firm Prior case management experience Familiarity with legal processes and documentation Experience with calendaring, scanning, faxing, and phone systems Strong customer service and client advocacy skills
