Qualifications:
Active Illinois School Social Worker license (IL SSW) and PEL required Previous experience in a school setting, working with elementary-aged children Adaptable and compassionate, with strong interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for students
Responsibilities:
Support K-5th grade students social, emotional, and behavioral needs Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and resource referrals Collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies to develop individualized support plans Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings Be present onsite, full-time: 8AM3:35
