Role OverviewAs a Social Worker-CCS, you will provide essential social work services to patients and their families, addressing the emotional, social, and practical challenges they face. Your role is critical in supporting patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive comprehensive care that considers their unique needs and circumstances.

What You Will DoProvide social work services to patients and their families, addressing their emotional, social, and practical needs.
Assess and intervene in situations involving illness, handicaps, death, and loss to improve patient care and staff effectiveness.
Utilize knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, etiology, and disease processes to support the client population.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the holistic needs of patients.

Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Michigan.
Preferred QualificationsACSW certification.
