Caseload:

Elementary | Under 60 Students E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker (SSW) for an onsite school-based opportunity in the Holly, Michigan area for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will support an elementary caseload of fewer than 60 students , working closely with students, families, teachers, and special education teams to address social-emotional and behavioral needs and promote student success. Responsibilities Provide individual and group school social work services Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and functional needs Develop and implement IEP goals and interventions Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Assist with behavioral interventions and student support plans Connect students and families with appropriate school and community resources Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work Michigan Department of Education (MDE) School Social Worker certification/approval required Appropriate Michigan social work licensure School-based experience preferred Knowledge of IEPs and special education procedures Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred Join Our Team If you're a School Social Worker looking for an elementary school-based opportunity in the Holly, MI area , we'd love to connect!
