Soliant Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to provide district-wide support for the 2026-2027 school year . This position will support both general education and special education students by providing social-emotional services, student support, and collaboration with school teams and families. Position Details Full-Time Onsite 2026-2027

School Year Grade Levels:

PreK-12th

Grade Caseload:

General Education & Special Education students

Assignment:

District-wide support

Travel Required:

Travel between school sites (campuses are approximately 1 mile apart) Responsibilities Provide school-based social work services to students across grade levels Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs Conduct student assessments and provide interventions as appropriate Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education teams, and families Participate in IEP, MTSS, and multidisciplinary team meetings Provide counseling, crisis support, and resource coordination Assist with behavior support strategies and student success plans Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements Qualifications Active School Social Worker certification/licensure as required by the state Previous school-based experience preferred Experience supporting both general education and special education populations Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Benefits Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company matching Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Opportunities for continued professional growth If you're a passionate School Social Worker looking to support students across PreK-12th grade in a collaborative district environment, we'd love to connect with you.
