Develop personalized treatment plans and help clients achieve meaningful goals. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in case consultations. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Qualifications Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license in New Jersey. Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
