QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in ECE including coaching, training and technical assistance, preferably within a family childcare network.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Must have strong communication and organizational skills as well as knowledge of family childcare programs and quality standards. Experience with
NAFCC/NAEYC
accreditation and knowledge of OEC licensing requirements strongly preferred. Must have strong computer (Microsoft Office preferred) and database skills. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The ability to hear conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid, the ability to see and read with or without corrective lenses, to speak and be understood under normal circumstances. Must be able to drive including getting into and out of vehicle frequently, ability to climb stairs, bend and lift and reach.
