Residential Youth Program Location:

$55,000•65,000 per year, depending on experience We are seeking an experienced and dependable Texas Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) to assist with the development and operation of a residential youth program serving children and adolescents.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative oversight of residential operations Maintain compliance with Texas HHSC Child Care Regulation (CCR) requirements Assist with licensing, inspections, policies, and required documentation Maintain personnel, training, and resident records Ensure appropriate staffing and staff supervision Monitor compliance with minimum standards Assist with admissions, discharges, incident documentation, and resident records Coordinate with case managers, regulatory agencies, healthcare professionals, and other community partners Prepare the program for licensing and regulatory inspections Assist with quality assurance and corrective action plans when necessary Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents Support staff training and ongoing regulatory compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Texas Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) credential in good standing Experience working in a General Residential Operation (GRO), residential treatment setting, or similar youth residential program preferred Knowledge of Texas
HHSC/CCR
Minimum Standards Strong leadership, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to successfully complete required background checks Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with previous experience opening, licensing, administering, or preparing a Texas GRO for inspection are strongly encouraged to apply.
