Responsibilities Include:
Creating and leading structured daily routines with flexibility as needed Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outdoor adventures Anticipating needs and staying ahead of transitions, challenges, and schedules Child meal prep Light child-related housekeeping (kids' laundry, dishes, tidying play areas) Driving to activities or outings as needed Communicating regularly and professionally with parents
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional childcare experience (infant experience required) 3 long-term childcare references CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start) Ability and desire to commit long-term Confident in leading structure and routine, while staying playful and creative
