This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the hospice journey. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required. Master of Divinity (M.Div.) preferred. Minimum 1 year of counseling experience in a healthcare or clinical setting or at least 1 year of supervised pastoral counseling experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care preferred.
