Partnership For Children is currently hiring for full time Counselors to provide a variety of direct care services to children at an entry level with close supervision. In the scope of their role, the Counselor participates in the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child's treatment plan and Partnership for Children's philosophy. Provide a safe, consistent and structured living environment for youth ages 4-14.. Serve as a positive role model. Teach important life skills. Job Done:
Applicants must meet our state licensing requirement minimum age of 21 at the time of hire along with these basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Experience working with youth in a paid or volunteer setting Ability to be an outgoing team player who can work collaboratively and personably with other staff Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed Ability to climb stairs as needed Partnership for Children provides a generous benefit package inclusive of: Annual Leave, Exceptional Leave, Educational Leave Health, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability and Life insurance.
