Solar Installer

The Solar Guys is currently looking for an experienced solar installer to add to our growing team! As an installer, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is also able to be flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A strong candidate for this role will be great with customers and experienced at ensuring a high-quality installation is produced for everyone. At the Solar Guys, we are confident we can provide an exceptional work environment to help you grow and succeed in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

Plan system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes

Requirements:

Solar background experience of at least 1 year is

REQUIRED

Excellent communication skills Able to work in a team/group environment Effective time management skills Able to consistently lift 50 pounds Comfortable on a roof and with heights Familiarity with Enphase systems

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour
