Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Expansion Associate to join our Store Expansion team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily research and communication with landlords, contractors, and vendors . This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently . Duties Research and communicate/negotiate ( daily by phone/email ) with landlords, contractors, and vendors to facilitate store openings, renovations, and relocations. Track, maintain, and process expansion project documents, including lease agreements, permits, and construction timelines. Provide general administrative support to the Store Expansion Manager and team. Assist in the budgeting and cost-tracking process for expansion projects. Requirements Detail-oriented, good at negotiation, quick to respond, able to solve problems independently, works efficiently, fast learner, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Some background or work experience in real estate, insurance, or legal concepts is preferred but not required. Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Pay and Compensation $25
