Qualifications & Preferred Experience Valid GaPSC Paraprofessional Certification required prior to assignment start. Candidates currently lacking the certification may interview but must obtain it before beginning the role. Prior experience as a paraprofessional strongly preferred. Dedication to fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment. Ability to follow teacher direction, adapt to student needs, and demonstrate reliability. Strong communication skills with both children and adults. Key Responsibilities Support classroom instruction and assist lead teachers with daily activities. Work closely with students individually and in small groups, supporting a variety of learning needs. Help monitor student progress and provide encouragement throughout their school day.
