Candidates without current certification may still be considered but must complete certification before starting. Previous paraprofessional or classroom support experience highly preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills. Commitment to reliability and a desire to nurture student success. Key Responsibilities Provide in-class and one-on-one support to students under the direction of certificated teachers. Assist with instructional activities, classroom organization, and behavior management. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere while promoting effective learning strategies.
