The expert knowledge, technical expertise, leadership ability, communicion, and organizional skills to execute integred composite force operions and mission planning cell functions with USAF/joint forces. Ability to gher, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for top management use and decision-making. Ability to plan, organize, and lead others in studies or projects and to negotie effectively with management to accept and implement recommendions, where proposals involve substantial resources, and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures. Skilled in ability; to review and analyze TTP deficiencies and necessary actions to remedy capability gaps/problem areas, advise methods to appraise assigned programs or projects, and identify needs and solutions; develop goals, policies, and procedures; monitor progress; and evalue success.
