Under direction, analyzes and evaluates the operations, processes, and systems related to a specific City or department program. - Friday Assists in gathering, interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating program data related to performance metrics and compliance with established rules and regulations.
Assists with interpreting and communicating program guidelines and related City policies and procedures. Maintains relationships with community and partner organizations regarding program initiatives. Assists in managing budgets and resources to ensure that program meets scope, guidelines, and budget. Monitors compliance with established program requirements associated with contracts and/or grants. Assists in identifying and prioritizing operational and technical needs and requirements. Assists with implementing program operations, initiatives, and services. Participates in community outreach to ensure awareness and participation in programs. Assists in coordinating with relevant department and city staff regarding program needs. Assists in the preparation of written reports, summaries, and presentations on program plans and performance metrics. Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Preferred Qualifications Ability to pass a Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) background check. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior professional experience working in a school environment. Applicant Information Unless otherwise stated, applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of higher education or one year of related higher education for two years of experience in order to meet the minimum requirements of the job. One year of full-time experience is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week for 12 months. One year of higher education is defined as 30 credit hours completed at an accredited college or university.
