Desktop Technician 2

Description

• Assist in the software and hardware life cycle management processes including research packaging quality assurance and deployment preparation
• Setup new users including desktop configuration email accounts ldap accounts VPN accounts
• Support employees both local and remote with Desktop issues account issues access to various internal services
• Troubleshoot software issues on employees desktops/laptops
• Some off hours support for may apply

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required
• 2-4 years experience required
• Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 11 but 10 is okay)
• Experience with desktop installation and configuration
• Experience troubleshooting desktop issues as well as mobile devices
• Active Directory Experience Skills Active directory, Windows, Technical support, Deployment, Imaging, Help desk support, Desktop, Ticketing system, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Support, Hardware, Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications 1.
