IT Support & Systems Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and versatile IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working across a variety of systems and tools.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support for PCs, laptops, and user workstations Troubleshoot and resolve networking and internet connectivity issues Support and maintain internal systems, including Salesforce and AI-based tools Assist with user account setup, permissions, and system access Perform basic graphic design tasks for internal or client-facing materials Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements Document issues, solutions, and processes for internal use Collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and ongoing projects

Qualifications:

Experience in IT support, help desk, or similar technical role Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows-based systems Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity) Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is a plus Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Nice to Have (Not Required): Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (training will be provided for the right candidate) IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) Experience working in a team-based IT environment Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
