Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cellphone & Computer Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of personal electronics and computer hardware, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will help customers extend the lifespan of their devices and resolve complex issues efficiently. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, printers, copiers, and other consumer electronics to identify hardware and software issues. Repair and replace faulty components using hand tools, soldering equipment, and specialized repair techniques for devices running on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows operating systems. Conduct hardware maintenance tasks such as cleaning, upgrading components, and troubleshooting electrical soldering issues. Support software troubleshooting efforts by resolving operating system errors, application conflicts, and connectivity problems across various platforms. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly, offering technical support for mobile devices and personal electronics, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostics conducted to ensure quality control and traceability. Stay current with emerging technology trends in consumer electronics and mobile device repair to continually enhance technical proficiency. Skills Strong knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems along with macOS and Windows desktop environments. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, desktop computer repair, mobile phone repair, and consumer electronics troubleshooting. Skilled in using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs as well as electrical soldering techniques for circuit board repairs. Experience with printer and copier repair along with general equipment maintenance. Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex hardware or software issues efficiently. Ability to perform smartphone troubleshooting support including screen replacements, battery replacements, and connectivity issues. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and technical support delivery. Familiarity with computer hardware components such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and peripherals. Strong technical proficiency across multiple operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows. Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity problems related to mobile devices or computers effectively.
