$20.00 - $23.00/hour (DOE) Shift differential : $2.00/hour on weekends Job Summary OrderPort, LLC is a fast-growing software company providing wineries nationwide with innovative tools to run their businesses effectively. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, troubleshooting issues, providing best-use practices, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive team-oriented environment. On-the-job training is provided. This position requires working weekends - OrderPort offers a $2.00 hour shift differential for weekend hours. This is in addition to the regular hourly rate. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and customer support to wineries using OrderPort systems. Answer phone, email, and Help Desk inquiries, troubleshooting software issues Identify and log trends in customer concerns to improve products and services. Maintain positive customer relationships by delivering timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, to resolve customer-reported software issues. Contribute to the knowledge base and product documentation to improve user resources. Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data and company systems. Guide customers through system processes and provide educational support and resources to ensure they can effectively use the OrderPort platform.
Qualifications & Skills Preferred:
1+ year of customer service or technical support experience Knowledge of the wine industry is a plus, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and issue management abilities. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Technical skills in some or all of the following areas Web-based applications & browser settings Apple iPad apps & IOS Microsoft Office Education

Preferred:
Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, English or Technology (or in progress). Work Schedule & Benefits Weekend and holiday shifts required (except Thanksgiving & Christmas) Competitive pay (DOE) with long-term career growth potential.
