Team:

As an AWS WorkSpaces Engineer, you will be the primary architect and administrator of our cloud desktop infrastructure. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AWS WorkSpaces—from large-scale deployment and image management to high-level escalation support. Your goal is to deliver a seamless, high-performance virtual desktop experience while driving cost efficiencies and technical excellence across the organization. You will provide seamless Tier 1 to Tier 3 support to resolve immediate end-user challenges while simultaneously engineering the robust AWS infrastructure that prevents those issues from recurring. You will own the "Day 1" onboarding experience and the "Day 2" optimization of our global AWS WorkSpaces environment, ensuring a high-performance, cost-effective, and secure workspace for every employee.
