Job Description

Required Education
  • High school Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree Required Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in: Cybersecurity Awareness, Information Security, Security Training or Related cybersecurity roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language
  • Experience delivering: Virtual training, In-person presentations, Awareness programs
  • Experience analyzing: Training metrics, User behaviour, Program effectiveness
  • Strong:
    Critical thinking and Problem-solving
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Skills
  • Experience mentoring or training employees
  • Experience with: Security awareness platforms, Learning management tools
  • Phishing simulations
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as: Phishing, Ransomware, MFA and Data Protection
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience collaborating with: IT teams, HR, Compliance, Security teams
  • Ability to create engaging cybersecurity awareness content Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness and training programs
  • Conduct virtual and in-person security training sessions
  • Create presentations on cybersecurity concepts and initiatives
  • Translate technical cybersecurity topics into user-friendly language
  • Manage security awareness platforms and learning tools
  • Analyze training effectiveness and generate metrics/reports
  • Improve awareness content based on: Emerging threats, Organizational needs, Training results
  • Collaborate with: IT , Security, HR, Compliance teams
  • Support security awareness campaigns and events, including: Phishing simulations, Security Awareness Month, and Internal cybersecurity communications
